This mixed-use development is strategically located in Chengdu’s emerging financial business district in Sichuan Province. The project features an expansive 85,000m² retail podium seamlessly connected to two landmark towers, including a 200-meter, 5-star Hyatt hotel. Hotel amenities integrate with a multi-level sky garden extending from the podium’s roof terrace, where thoughtfully designed landscape elements blend harmoniously with outdoor retail activities. The two distinct mall wings are linked by a striking, highly transparent ‘glass box’ atrium – a triple-height volume that serves as the development’s vibrant art and cultural hub for the community.
