One Sanya Bay (also known as Sanya One) stands as a striking coastal landmark in Sanya’s Central Business District. It features a sweeping 300-meter-long luxury retail podium and a Grade A office tower offering expansive ocean views.

Inspired by the sea and sailing culture, its distinctive wave-like canopy elegantly divides the podium – creating artistic, waterfront walkways on one side and dynamic city-facing anchor stores on the other. Rising above, stacked box-like volumes transition into a sail-inspired tower that evokes fluid movement and maritime grace, achieving a harmonious fusion of nature, commerce, and innovative architecture.

Grand opening in October 2025, it has quickly established itself as the city’s vibrant new landmark, blending cultural, commercial, and tourism elements for an unforgettable seaside experience.
